Visitors

The first two weeks in September we had visitors!! First was Derek's brother, Aaron. We were so excited to have him here, especially the kids as they had someone new to play with! ;) They sure did keep him busy with games! It rained the entire time he was here, but we did manage to get out and explore one day.....and tried to keep as dry as possible.

Next we had Grandpa Huber visit us. The kids kept him busy with games as well. He was stuck with me most days while Derek was at work and the kids were at school. I tried to let him get as much rest as possible, but also tried to keep him entertained with a few things to do. We went and had lunch with the kids at school one day, picked them up from school each day so they'd have that extra time together, went to the back to school orientation for each of the kid's classrooms. He was here for Avery's baptism which was just so special. Like Aaron's visit, we did manage to get one outing in. We know how much Grandpa loves his plants so we took him to the Queen's winter estate to pick some royal apples!
