Run, Bike, Run (July back post)

The girls participated in a run, bike, run on base. It was supposed to be .5 mile run, 1 mile bike, .5 mile run.....but ended up being a 1 mile run, 2 mile bike, 1 mile run!! They were crazy exhausted!

Avery was super nervous, so Allie held her hand to start off with!

Blake wanted to participate so badly but he was too young. We brought his scooter so he would have something to do while the girls were racing. The director told him he could join his sisters....so on their last run, he did just that!

He even got a medal!
