Laying Low

After our adventurous week of shopping last week we decided to do absolutely NOTHING this week! I'm sure it's been rather boring for the girls. Actually, they probably enjoyed it because they really don't like running errands, shopping, etc. (unless it's for themselves). We did clean up their toy room and did some reorganizing. Therefore, they found some toys they hadn't seen in a while.

Avery found her little sea creatures......and I guess she caught the organizing bug.

They put together a new puzzle from Grandma H. all by themselves!

And took advantage of the opportunity to dress themselves

They also had their friends Penelope and Reesy over for a play date. I can't believe they didn't take any pics! This morning Allie is at a friends birthday party.....so I'm updating the blog and Derek is working on projects. :)

We are having lunch with some friends after Allie gets back from the party. The girls will be excited b/c they haven't seen Ethan and Emma since school got out. Their Dad is heading back out for a deployment tomorrow after only being home for 3 months!
