Sea World

Yep, it was warm enough to be playing in the water. I think we all even got some sun.

We spent the majority of the day in the Bay of Play. The kids were loving posing with all of the different Sesame Street characters.

Most of the time they were confined to their strollers. If they weren't one of the 3 year olds was doing exactly what is seen here.

If you ask Avery what her favorite thing was at Sea World she will say the horsies! In other words, the carousel.

Allie and Conner's favorite part was the Shamu Rollercoaster. Avery really wanted to ride but she was too short.

Blake was having a good time too!

Friday we headed to Old Town Helotes for an afternoon picnic and some shopping.

Last Saturday the Mighty Starfish played the Dolphins. I just had a good feeling that Allie was going to score this game. She was playing tough and very determined to get after the ball. So I got out my camera. Sure enough in the 4th quarter Allie scored her very first goal! We were so excited and proud. I think we both screamed and Derek even jumped up. :0) Allie just turned around, shrugged her shoulders and smiled. I think she was in disbelief. I wish I would have had the video running.....and I took the picture at the wrong time or a bad angle because you can't really tell she's getting ready to score.......but here is the pic just before she made her goal.

Afternoon at the Zoo

Last Friday was a half day of school. We gathered up the troops and spent an afternoon at the zoo.
